From November 6th, 2014 till February 8th, 2015 the exhibition "German Pop" can be seen at Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt. The show offers visitors an art historical journey through the Federal Republic of Germany in the sixties - with fresh and cheeky artworks.
Our image shows "Startanten" by Werner Berges from 1967: models in stylish fashion - such as by Rudi Gernreich, an avantgarde designer who put his own stamp on fashion history.

What could be more fitting for this exhibition than to get publicity in the November issue of the revamped legendary magazine "Interview"? Our artist Werner Berges will have several artworks in this show - among others "Die Beiden", 1967 - to be seen on page 182.

On September 27, 2014 at 2 pm the latest project by Thomas Baumgärtel will be officially opened: for Kaufhof in Cologne-Nippes he sprayed a 10 meter long mural. The painting depicts a historical scene from the founding years of Kaufhaus Tietz.

Wiesbaden is building bridges this summer: nine sculptures by nine artists from nine European cities and countries will be presented on Schwalbacher Strasse until July 19th, 2014. For more information, click here. Our photograph shows the work "Centrum" by the Austrian artist Eric Kressnig. This porthole, that was built into a concrete wall surrounding a schoolyard, creates a "visual bridge" between the two sides of the wall.
