JKB Fletcher

Realism, structures and motifs from nature define the work of British painter JKB Fletcher. The large formats provide space for the detailed structures of natural panoramas: Mountain landscapes or forests are defined by subdues colours. Sometimes the impression of black-and-white photography is created, with the focus on the recurring structures of tree trunks or snowdrifts. The depth and realism of his works capture the eye and let it glide over the relief of natural elements without defining a direction or focus.

JKB Fletcher was born in 1982 in Solihull near Birmingham in England. He studied liberal arts at the Duncan of Jordanstone School of Art in Scotland. Since graduating in 2006, he has been represented in group and solo exhibitions and art fairs worldwide, such as at Nosbaum Reding Gallery, Luxembourg, Art Geneva and Art Week Luxembourg.
